Not sure there was much I hadn't heard
The book includes a lot of ideas about manifesting more positive things in our lives like money but I had difficulty absorbing it. While the narrator has a lovely voice I'm not sure if it was his delivery or the way the book was written but it seemed to move very fast. I wasn't able to sit with one concept very long before another was presented.
I'm very practical and didn't understand or relate to the Codex (is that how you spell it) portion of the book. It took me out of the book entirely.
