He puts it all together
What he says is so simple yet some people like myself make it complicated. It validates what most of us already know-but in a way that you have to read the book to understand. If you feel flat and unable to crack jokes in conversation, this is the book for you!

Great introduction to the topic
A great balance between solid, useful information , and accessible strategies, and something that is lighthearted and fun enough to make you want to attempt to be funny yourself.
I recommend this to anyone. But especially to complete newcomers, and to those out there who are stuck in analysis paralysis and need to get back to the basics.
