These are the questions that have concerned the authors for many years, and it is with possible answers to them that The Edge of Reality is concerned. This book is a deep dive in discussion between Hynek and Vallee and covers many facets of the UFO phenomena. The Edge of Reality was originally published in 1975 and has been available for many years.

This book had its day

in the days before YouTube and other opportunities to listen to old interviews, this would have been a great resource. but to listen to the back and forth amongst these men in this format is tiresome.

An Engaging Dialogue

Very enjoyable dialogue between two awesome scientists. I really enjoy the adventurous nature of the topic and the people who investigated. I think this is one of my favorite books on the topic. There's nothing mind-blowing or fantastical, just straight science talk between two very smart scientists who challenge the status quo.

Too much waffling

There are many things to praise about the people and the conversation they had. One thing I find disconcerting is Hynek’s inability to call a spade of spade. Obviously, the Condon report was an intelligence community propaganda piece just like he served as the air forces’ public relations/ propaganda scientist.

That was entertaining

That was entertaining. I recommend it to just about anyone. It is the next best thing to getting to meet and talk with these two stars 🤩 f ufology.

I wish Audible would make a recording of Passport to Magonia available. I would buy a copy.

it's really bad it feels like it's just a dialog

it is really really bad, it's a chit chat back and forth that could have been 10 min long just the important things

Boring!!!!

Got here through Diana Pasulka , regret it though very boring!! Jaques apparently connected the UFO phenomenon to angels and demons. This book sucks!!!
