Give developing leaders the advantage.
I've built many amazing technical teams for the last 20 years as a firm and for clients, from private companies to multi-national Fortune 100 public organizations. Every single team would be better reading this book. The conflict resolution chapter alone is worth the investment. I'm buying everyone on my team a copy to read together and start off the New Year.
