Great Experience!
I have been using this audiobook for over a year, and I have had great outcomes. I fall asleep to it every night. Along with other sleep hygiene practices, and acupuncture, this audiobook has helped me over come insomnia. I no longer was acupuncture but I still listen to the audio nightly! Also, I use the weight loss audio. Thank you!!!

The worst!! Made me have worse insomnia
this was just weird. fragmented sentences and odd distracting pauses. Bad grammer, and he would say a low and creepy, "gooooood" every few minutes.. this guy knows nothing of hypnosis. There was no coherence. He didn't make sense. Constant talking without clear direction. Seemed more AsMr but badly done. it almost seems like a joke. He also wakes you up 40 min in...so even though I didn't fall asleep at all... he says ok time to wake up, but you can stay asleep if you want to, but I literally cannot. Great now I've been in bed 40 min and have worse insomnia. I am angry. This guy is terrible.
