Upbeat and rosy
These stories remind us how much people used to love their royalty, and how kindly everyone is, except the occasional rascal. All bordering kingdoms are the best neighbors you could want. Even the faeries poach babies by the most enlightened rules. And especially nice, McKinley keeps her tradition of making sure old men find happiness.
