Edward Calloway had much to deal with mentally as an adolescent. The challenges continued through his adulthood. Dealing with the problems became routine. There are many secret goings-on, with many numerous outcomes that were exposed. There had become much disarray and no structure or common goals in the mental health system. Many organizations and agencies were now involved with no communication established between them. All those involved work as though they had the ultimate solution. They had no regard for others working toward their own goals. Some were governmental or government funded. Something had to be done. The mental health of society cannot continue in a downhill spiral.
