My first book 'The Four Fabulists: the Literary Genres of the Gospels and the Acts of Apostles' has demonstrated that nearly the whole of the content of the New Testament books is 'fictional' or 'fictitious'. 'The Divine Christ:Christian Myths, Mysteries and Magic' finds a great deal of evidence on how the Gospel writers introduced the 'fictitious' into the content of their New Testament books. In hiding the existence of myths and magic in what has been canonised as Sacred Scripture, the Christian Churches have misled their followers. They have substituted the real man, Jesus of Nazareth, with the 'fictitious' divine Jesus Christ. They have encouraged them to take a path utterly opposed to the Way of Jesus. Christians have been confused systematically by shifting the focus from Jesus the man to the divine Christ and vice versa in the homilies and writings. This book attempts to create an awareness in the Christians, of what should be as against what pretends to be.
