Christmas at the Estate of a Gentleman

I loved the Christmas story and was intrigued with the variety of characters. However the virtual reader's lack of inflection grew very tiresome and the ability to capture the emotions of the players.

Interesting Regency Romance & Unusual Characters

I don’t like Virtual Voice but it was tolerable. I did like this Regency Romance with its Unusual Main Romantic Couple. It’s a very interesting story. FYI -There are a few bedroom scenes which I did not consider necessary.

Fresh slant on Christmas romance

At the risk of sounding cliche, this book really was a feel-good story, poignant at times & a little bit funny. The heroine, who is somewhat naive, has a dismal employment record and ends up calling on a more sophisticated friend who has a business “placing girls“ in hopes of obtaining employment. She literally runs into the kind-hearted hero who is at the agency to find a lively young woman to cheer up his sick friend over the holidays. The plot moves right along, the characters are likable, and it’s about Christmas. Great holiday reading!
