Once upon a time there were three evil princes and one innocent slave girl Every one of those princes was more beautiful and charming then the next and every one of them promised that someday, in some way, they would make her feel like their princess. On the condition that it was understood that she'd never be anything more than their slave. Their possession. But that little girl didn't want to belong to anybody but herself and so the hunted, became the hunter. After taking a few years to establish her kingdom in peace and under a blanket of secrecy, Larkin realises that the time to fight back against the Callielian Empire has come when an olive branch she offers to the current ruler of Arcadia is snapped and thrown to the ground in pieces. Establishing herself as a force to be reckoned with won’t be easy and she knows it, and there are even people on her side who don’t believe that she has what it takes to rule right... but Larkin’s days of rolling over and playing dead are long behind her, and if she has to set fire to the world to prove she can, than so be it.
