I’ve struggled with insomnia for years. I would always get into bed and then have my mind racing thinking about all sorts of different things, driving myself crazy really. Relaxing book and meditative. 8mm looking forward to using this book over and over. I used bonuses something similar to this but it was on CD's. Audible has made this so much easier.
