Honestly a good book and a good voice talent but hard to fallow at the end.

pdf illustrations would have been nice. performance was excellent. highly recommend this version of HST book.

narrator is ok

good book, starts off slow but ends in a typical Thompson way. Narrator is ok, doesnt really fit the part but tells it well. Would def recommend the book

Great story from the best to ever do it

Awesome story and great narration. Very funny ending. HST takes his act from Puerto Rico (The Rum Diary) to Vegas (Fear and Loathing), then brings it to Hawaii in this masterpiece.

almost lost me

I almost didn't finish because it just lost me but in the end I really enjoyed it

loved it. and great narration . nice straight forward story with some gonzo shenanigans peppered in. reminded me of rum diary a bit.

Fun crazy stuff

This may not be HST’s best but it is hilarious and fun. Well worth the listen.

Thompson is magic. Can always keep you entertained. This is another one that will keep your mind off things and fall into.
