In a daring theft of the Saudi crown prince’s jewelry, thieves from Thailand have shipped the jewelry to Jakarta for safekeeping with a notorious leader of a drug cartel. To recover the jewelry, the Saudis have sent diplomatic teams to both countries. However, the emissaries are brutally murdered by mysterious assailants who are intent on recovering the jewelry for themselves.

Furious with the authorities in Thailand and Jakarta, the Saudis have decided to take more drastic action. In addition to hiring a prolific jewel thief to recover the jewelry, the crown prince has sent an elite hit squad to Jakarta. At the same time, a corrupt Thai politician who wants the jewelry for himself has sent a competing team of assassins to go after the jewelry and its thieves.
In spectacular fashion, the jewel thief along with two associates will steal the jewelry from an impenetrable underground bank vault, only to have to later steal it a second time in equally spectacular fashion from the police.

Having fled to Israel, the jewel thieves must deal with more teams of elite assassins who are determined to kill them. As they travel to other countries, the jewel thieves find themselves being stalked by a relentless assassin who will do anything to kill the thieves.
