This was not the first book by JM Failde i have read, and it definitely won’t be the last. Well technically i listened to it. And let me tell you it was amazing! Narrators did a fantastic job. It was my first time listening to them and they brought characters to life oh so well!

Now you know me and you know that 3rd person POV narration had stopped being my jam 5-6 years ago, unless it’s fantasy. But here it was done amazingly. I was never lost what’s going on or who’s talking! So kudos to the author and her writing!

I’m just having an internal monologue now whether i wait for the 2nd book to be on audio before i read it or to hear over to amazon and start it right away!

It was a book packed with action, a bit of adventure, court intrigues and some mysteries. And let’s not forget our crow lord (a very very hot and old vampire lord!

What a story

This is the longest I have gone to be edging in a audio and in a book I loved it. The narratives were spot on. I love them, and I can’t wait to read and listen to them in the next book.

The Crow Lord is book #1 in The Vampires of Malvania series. This is a new author for me and I'm always excited to find one that can bring a new twist to an old trope. Vampire stories aren't my first choice for a listen, but THIS might just change my mind. Lila is human and trying to protect her brother. They live with the horrible Viper house. When she escapes and lands in the Crow house, vampire Ambrose Draven (the Monster of Malvania) is entranced with her. The author creativity in describing the fantasy world and vampires kept me listening straight through. I was bummed to learn this has a cliffhanger, but it did end at a good spot to leave us hanging! This unexpected treat gives us a paranormal romantasy, enemies-to-lovers, forced proximity, and a spicy sloooww burn that will heat up your earbuds.

The narration was fabulous! Ryan Stone delivers the cocky alpha Ambrose and all the other various male characters (evil and innocent) with perfection. Raven Wildewood is a new narrator to me and she was marvelous as Lila (who does most of the narration). This duo really hit the mark. 5/5 stars!

Your next vampire obsession

If you love anything with vampires you’ll love this! There’s Vampires and secrets what more can you ask for Ohh that’s spice!

Fact-check vampires' secrets and spice among other things. As usual, I’ll tell you guys what I love to say you won’t be disappointed with this one.

The story is told perfectly the author does a great job of getting right to the point In my opinion you get to experience things both through her eyes and outside with different POVs

The audio is done amazingly it’s a duet it truly brings the story to life The narrators do a great job of bringing the characters to life and making you feel like they brought the story to the next level.

The story’s great on its own. the narration takes it up to another level of pulling your attention. Yes the story pulls your attention naturally but once you hear the narration your hooked you’ll wanna know more

A lot is going on so buckle up when you do read or listen to this one. If you’re looking for something that’s gonna have you gasping and saying what?! Over and over. This is the book for you.

My Darling

I don't really read allot of vampire books but this story took a different spin on things. It was a easy read and left you wanting more, literally because boy did it leave you on a cliff!!

Ambrose is everything you want in tall dark and handsome and added wings!

narrators were spot on and I wish I could get "my darling" recorded just for me on my phone!
