A Bradley Foster PI Mystery

The Consigliere is the third book in the Bradley Foster PI Hot Springs Trilogy. The main character in all three books is Bradley Foster, a former Marine with multiple deployments as a helicopter mechanic to the Mid-East, e.g., the “Sandbox.” His goal in life is to take what he learned in the Marines, both as a highly specialized mechanic with strong deductive skills and combat skills as a Marine rifleman and apply it to his desired profession as a private investigator. He settles in Hot Springs, Arkansas as the place to open his first office with its history of being a vacation resort for gangsters, baseball athletes, and movie stars. Just the place for a good mystery. Now, in “The Consigliere,” Bradley is a seasoned investigator as well as the recently appointed chief of staff for Pauly Descantes and Descantes Enterprises, Hot Springs legacy gangster. He must step up into this demanding role which involves learning how to manage the business, lead the staff, and protect both the business and Pauly and his family from threats. He must also decide on his relationships with Kimberly Raines and Francesca Garollo. And there are threats; from the Chicago Unit which wants to own the Oakwood Casino, and the Tren de Aragua (TdA) gang from New Orleans which wants revenge on Bradley for his killing of their members in New Orleans and Lafayette, Louisiana. He has a lot on his plate.
