You just never know how wonderful certain words, sounds, can bring you into an inner peace. This eases your everything, and makes you feel really good. Kinda makes you wonder how you can not listen to it longer. You can listen anytime, and either way you'll drop any stress thats in your body and overcome awkward feelings. You can feel more sensations as your focusing on all of you one area at a time. When the narrator has you focus on certain parts, youre no longer focused on the world around you. I'm not sure who the narrator really is other than the professional title, but shes unreal, and wonderful in how the message is transferred through your speakers. Very nice and soft voice, you're going to love it.
