Complete Beginners Guide

I found this book has a lot of good info. I did have issues staying focused, not sure if it was the writing or the narrator.

Well Presented & Solid Information, Poor Audio

This title checked all of the content boxes: Informative, Concise, Entertaining. The writing is direct and balanced, giving even a complete novice like me the flavor of the cards. Where it falls short is the audio production and performance -- it drags, it's horrible sibilant, and randomly edited. The slow, drawn out SHhhhHHh and SSsssSSSS sounds gave me ear fatigue, and, perhaps in an attempt to differentiate chapter or section titles, the voice randomly sounds like it was recorded in a tile restroom. I will say that I love that the narrator occassionally slips into a southern drawl, which I think would have been a solid choice for the entire book.
