Of course, the victims of the robbery want their ill-gotten funds returned, and scores settled, so the debt collectors are dispatched.

To facilitate the return of their clients’ funds, the debt collectors immerse themselves in the seedy world of sex tourism in the Dominican Republic, and the Miami social scene where people are just commodities to be exploited for sex, power or money.
