Why We Need House Churches

Bob Fitts had a vision before his time, and now more than ever we need this truth applied to mission and church multiplication. Prayer consider what is being shared within these pages and if the Holy Spirit speaks to you through what is shared, Go out into the harvest and plant churches, with the Holy Spirit as your guide.

Simplicity

I liked all of it. There are so many in their teens twenties and early thirties who are turned off by traditional churches no matter how hip or cool they try to be.
Some people just want answers and fellowship and a place to have open nonjudgmental discussions. A relaxed atmosphere. The book points out many good ideas for starting a house church which can lead to the birth of more house churches reaching those who are searching but not comfortable in the traditional setting.

I especially like chapter 6

I think he plays a little loose with thinking everyone is a Christian their claims to be a Christian There is many false, gospels and false converts

Two or three gathered together is the context for excommunication But it would be true that you would need two or three.

Speaking of two or three, if I worked at a secular company and worked with three Christians it doesn’t imply that we are a church at that moment. It just means we are part of the church universal, but we are not currently assembled
