Sequel to The Chronokey: Death in Time
Death comes in many forms, and as a ghost, Zane has to deal with more than just other ghosts. Aliens, alien ghosts, devils, and a crazed WWI General. At least Angela is with him, to help make Vilobino bearable. But she’s changing and the General’s not helping. Hell bent on a quest to wake the dead using science erroneously leaked from Jackass Flats at Area 51, General Jack Napes will stop at nothing, not even Harry Abaddon, to get his way and finally get his revenge.
Zane finds some unlikely allies from the Celestial Library, a lost domain and fragment of the Library of Alexandria, and when he stumbles upon the source of energy that makes all ghosts solid, he must make a decision that could change everything for the living and the dead forever.
Enmeshed in a journey through the Afterworld, Zane and Angela soon discover how time interplays with death, how time travel can only lead to one place and how the hungry lights will not stop until all souls are burned away.
