A short introduction on current Jesus research

John Dickson gives an excellent overview of the scholarly investigation into Jesus as a person in history. It is written very neutral although Dickson is a devout Christian. If you want to understand what are the issues at hand in understanding or finding the historical Jesus, this is the book for you. It is not cheap sensation but a very short overview of what matters in Jesus research. It is easily followed and understood.
