He will discover that his outward man (soul) is not in harmony with his inward man (spirit). Both tend to go toward two opposite directions from each other. He will also sense the inability of his outward man to submit to the inner control of his regenerated spirit. His greatest difficulty lies in his outward man, which hinders him from using his spirit.

Great Book!
Watch Nee is an underrated theologian not known by many of my peers, but I enjoy sharing the perspectives that he writes from. This book did not disappoint and will help along this journey. I recommend!

Awesome book. A must read.
I love these Audible editions of Wathcman Nee's books. The reader does such a good job capturing the sincerity and passion of the author. This book in particular was awesome. I really inspiring and detailed book on becoming what God wants you to be in all aspects of your character. I loved It. Once again Rev Nee manages to challenge my very soul and spirit into living a dealer Christian life.

This is much needed
This is what the born-again child of God need to hear. It made me realize that I am more alive to self and I have to change, with the help of the Holy Spirit. It was a real eye - opener.

Like a car, bicycle, or any purchases for mobility and everyday use, Watchman Nee reminds us that our character is, in my opinion, a major component of our spiritual armor that must be maintained in order to go the distance in life --"Feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace" (Ephesians 6:15). I believe many who read or listen to this book will be encouraged, strengthened, and firmly established in their faith to represent their daily walk with Christ in love and integrity.

Before going into Ministry please read this Book!
I wish I had known about this book before going into ministry, it will save you heartache and many falls if you read this with your Bible! Wow. Watchman Nee never disappoints another awesome book that will change your life!
