Pastor Jeffrey Leeper is a former Co-Manager of TAPS Family and a past five-year member of TAPS (The Atlantic Paranormal Society.) He has been in the paranormal field for over four decades and has extensive research and investigating resources.
Jeffrey has appeared on two episodes of the popular series, "Hunting the Haunted" and was more recently featured in the season two finale of "The Ghosts of Shepherdstown - What an Excellent Day for an Exorcism." It is an intense episode about demonic activity.
Research and personal experiences began for Jeff Leeper in childhood. His mother was a common resource for people having these "troubles." This sort of thing was basically taboo when he began in the field, as people feared ridicule even more than problems of the paranormal.
For this reason, Pr. Jeff Leeper likes and appreciates "Para-Media" as it has brought the field more mainstream.
