This book is great, so sweet and funny. By the first sentence I was hooked. This book is full of candy, spies, music, a secret ingredient , and the underworld. I love Logan, the candy makers son. I think you should read this book. Four friends and candy, what's not to like!review by 10 year old

loved the story but the narrative was not good

This book is separated into parts, each part from a different character's perspective. It's a very clever and fun twist that the beginning of the story is told over again several times, each time from the perspective of a different character.
By the end of the book, I just couldn't help but love Logan, Miles, Daisy, and my favorite, Philip.
My 5-year-old even enjoyed listening to parts of this story with me.
