This 1769 edition is highly sought after due to being more reader/listener friendly than the 1611 since many typos were fixed.... Interesting ideas, but nowhere to go
This production is well-acted, and the playwright has some interesting thoughts, which he expresses well, but ultimately the listener is left with an "is that all?" feeling. However, it is enjoyable to listen to and may raise some thoughts about God, life, and death that do take you somewhere. Altogether, given the fine performances, well worth your time.
