I usually find science books super boring, but The Brain Health Blueprint was actually pretty cool. The narrator, Ursula C. Kelly, has a really nice voice that didn't make me want to fall asleep, and I loved the part about how the food you eat totally messes with your focus. If you’re always tired or can’t pay attention in class, you should definitely check this out.

28 days seems like such a short time to do so much terms of optimizing brain health. 28 days is not the end of the journey. This book explains in detail how lifestyle makes a huge impact on cognitive function. She explains that changing habits including sleep, nutrition, exercise, stress management and social interaction. I will start making small changes one day at a time following the plan.

Are you easily distracted? Do you find it difficult to focus your thoughts? Using the 28-day structure proposed in this audiobook, I quickly saw improvements in my own concentration and experienced fewer afternoon crashes. I had better recall in meetings as well. I found unexpected value in this book and can enthusiastically recommend it.
