Awesome Ancient Roman Fantasy
As a classical archaeology major I can attest the accuracy of the portrayal of this world based on Ancient Rome, which is an odd thing to say about fantasy, but it’s close to historical fiction. Beyond that, the story is compelling, the characters are complex, and the writing is excellent. Loved this trilogy. Hoping to read more stories set in this world.

Another Exceptional Performance of a Wondrous Book
What a treat to find a performer capable of keeping Morris's many point-of-view characters clear and vibrant!
Morris crafts a worthy conclusion(?) to the epic Aven saga, and Hvam presents the myriad perspectives with skill and charm.
If you've got a taste for sweeping fantasy with the deep research of a loving historian, you should let these 60+ hours of audiobooks accompany you through your days.
