In the mid 19th century, the British Authorities claimed to have eradicated the cult of Thugee from the whole of India. However, it was a lie.
The thugs learned from their mistakes in dealing with the British Authorities, and were reorganised by an extraordinary man. He remodelled the cult into a more effective and deadlier organisation than it had ever been before. This is the story of this unique and amazing individual.
