The follow-up to The Title is Unimportant, this work explores the remedies available in law to correct the imposition created by doing business with banks, credit card providers and finance organizations.
Building on the methods employed in the first book, this volume details the continuance of the process to produce a final settlement to the matter, where financial institutions MUST by virtue of their obligations to operate within the legislated rules, correct the situation and thus re-balance the equation to remain within lawful operating practice.
Drawing guidance from heavyweight legal tomes (that sit on most lawyers bookshelves) and the legislation itself, this book presents a series of options to be used in painting the creditor / debt collector etc., into a corner. Once at this point they can either do the right thing, or face the consequences.
The Big Stick shows how to recover everything the bank has taken and correct the record of our credit file.
You'll learn how to:
- Apply law / legislation to put them in the spotlight for their actions
- Positively prove that they breach legislation on a daily basis
- Take money from them as apology funds
- Recover losses suffered as a result of dealing with them
- Stand in honor whilst making the claim
- Force them to correct the credit file
This work teaches the direct application of the laws and legislation that were enacted to protect us from precisely the type of commercial misbehavior we endure daily.
If the process fails then the law fails.
