I liked the way it was explained and how we weren’t able to think for ourself and say no to the mandates that controlled our lives It was Stalinesque

The book does a great job of breaking down the institutional barriers to an appropriate COVID response. Good retrospective that I hope our officials use to prepare for the next outbreak.

Balanced and insightful

Listening to it I found things that made me bristle right next to things that made me fist bump in the air. On these issues if it pisses everybody off a little bit, it’s probably pretty accurate. It focuses, mainly on large financial sectors, including our general stock market And the way the modern American Hospital system functions.

Big fail review

Very well done. However, several points they matter of factly mention as conspiracy, now seem to probably not be.

Will it happen again

Good Non partisan overview of all the problems with the pandemic. Gives blame to both the right and left. Makes you really question if anything was learned for when the next one happens.

Detailed analysis of a complex issue. Refreshing to see both political parties called out (and in some cases praised) for their roles.
