Good

Excellent book for those of us looking to get better at conversation and socializing. I liked the small tips here and there about how to catch when someone is trying to manipulate me, because that’s something that can drain my energy when I try to respond to nonsense meant to upset me. The chapter about fake apologies and promises is amazing, showing how even regular people, not narcissistic or antisocial, can use those tactics, sometimes even without bad intentions.

Even if you’re not a detective trying to spot a liar, but a regular person like me, I think you can get a lot of value from this audiobook, just like I did.

A lot of strong advice about manipulation to help you fend off all the shady people in your life. They come in many shapes or form with many different goals, sometime it hard to even know if someone is trying to manipulate you or not so this is a good read to see them all.
