The Bell Ringer

1889. On the forsaken grounds of Wallscrook cemetery, an old, washed-up caretaker, who’s haunted by his past, hears the dead whisper to him from the other side of the veil. Their cries go unanswered for years until the cemetery flips the hourglass that will either save his soul or sentence him to damnation. And they will not rest until the truth spills like blood. Over the passing autumn months, John is constantly plagued with a moral decision to bury the truth or follow the journey that will take him to the edge of the afterlife. And yet, the more he refuses, the less time he has to make peace with his past and discover the truth behind his suffering. With the help of a friend, he finally ventures far beyond the cemetery to places, not of this world. The forgotten memories of his family, the railway to the afterlife, and the land of the unborn, ultimately strip him of his humanity to finally unveil the man he truly was.
