Alone in the woods, Laney searches for a way to survive the night, and to save Will from the creature's den, where he is trapped in a struggle of life or death with the beast in the darkness.

Mild story

Had high hopes but was disappointed author made the creature way to op this thing can take multiple gunshots and blunt force trauma that can kill a person a hundred times over also don’t get attached to the characters most get killed off.

Gruesome suspense

This is not Bigfoot. After a bit, I had an image in my mind it was huge & hairy, sure, but with longer arms and Huge, long fingered hands. The hair on its head and face was long like a heavy metal guitarist or a pro wrestler - so you never see its face - just that dark area ringed with long moist dirty hair and with its two alien glowing yellow eyes. At first I was frustrated with some of the very suspenseful action until it dawned on me that this was not Bigfoot. So I threw out my expectations and enjoyed the terrifying ride on the waves of “what’s it going to do next?!” Good writing, with an occasionally odd amount of superficial details. Yet this did give the action and characters a more realistic feel. Very entertaining and frightening!

Beast of Fallow Pinea

Loved the plot and suspense. Just the right amount of horror. Will definitely read more from this author.
