Another Flora BeGora Mystery

Flora BeGora's reappearance begins with a really nasty experience. True to form, she wastes no time getting involved in something she shouldn't get involved in, something that is dangerous and life threatening. But what on earth is it? A series of increasingly offensive events begin piling up and some are directed straight at her. She's become the victim of something malicious, but what is it? Who is doing this? And why? And Flora, true to herself, can't leave well enough alone despite the danger to herself and others. This story is set in quirky small-town Port BreeZe (Yes, that capital "Z" is correct.) with a return of many of the characters from the past including Flora's talkative friend Thalia Blackmore, her taciturn brother Walter Daniels, her on-again-off-again friendship with Bill Hill, and her cop friend and neighbor, Laurie Stevenson, who tries, really, really hard to steer her off "the case."
