It is likely that many of you who have blessed me by making the kind decision to read or listen to these short stories that make up The Bayview Chronicles are not familiar with the Little Rascals or Our Gang, and to me that is sad. The Little Rascals and Our Gang comedy short films had a significant influence on my young life. If any of you would like to start your day with a smile, I am fairly certain that the Gang is alive and well in cyberspace. Much of my day was patterned after Spanky and the gang. Most mornings, my day would start with a bowl of Kellogg’s Corn Flakes or oatmeal, while I sat squatting in front of the television before school, watching the antics of Our Gang. It usually resiled in my day rolling out in an Our Gang way.
