Jens Schacht - also known as The Scorpion - is on the run. The French Government want him for murder and deserting from the Foreign Legion. Meanwhile, the British Government also want him for wiping out one of their special forces units.

Despite this, he secretly returns to Paris, hoping to settle down and live quietly with the love of his life. However, fate has decreed otherwise. A deadly encounter with the French Mafia puts Schacht and his fugitive partner, Siegfried Ritter, into the line of fire once more.
