Losing one child is enough to send any parent into a deep depression; she lost four. Instead, she tells how she made her way through to the other side and so can you. She motivates you to overcome any obstacle by being an active participant in your healing process - accepting that you cannot change the past, but can decide what you're going to choose to think about it. She challenges you to speak up about your grief and stop pretending to be okay. Tell the truth about how you're feeling and seek help. Be creative until you find the method that works for you.
You will never be who you were before your life-changing tragedy, and you don't have to be. Evolve into the newer version of yourself that has learned to cope and control sometimes overwhelming negative thoughts, turning them into positive energy you can use to fuel your passion.

Strong Woman
