really good spy/assassin book

makes you think it's 1945. historical characters like roosevelt are in it. great cat in mouse between govt agents and protagonist. highly recommend this book. way, way better than similar types.

Astounding

This is my fifth “read” over the years. The story is so vast - that each time there is a portion forgotten. It’s new again in so many ways. History fans will be absorbed.

Great writing, Really interesting story.

I read this book many years ago. It was just as entertertaining the second time around. Highly recommend for fans of WW2 and thriller genres.

Very Good read!!!

This is an under-rated book caused by the first reviewer who went to the extreme and gave it a one star instead of at worst a three star... The rating unjustly skewed the books ranking downward.

This story is very entertaining read! As always reader "George Guidall" is superb.
