More religion than I was ready for
While the title sounded interesting I hadn't noticed the religious undertone with the sub-title. Nor did I catch the publisher, Christian audio. While there was nothing wrong with this title it wasn't for me since I'm not that religious. I did listen to the entire audio book, so if you are into your faith and seeing how to slow down and rest, this is a good book for you.
