Acerca de esta escucha
Alzheimer's disease is an ailment that affects the mind causing a person to forget time, places, and people. The disease often targets the older generation, yet at times, it will hit younger people. To help you understand Alzheimer's disease we can review conditions, symptoms, etc. In addition, we can learn ways to help, prevent, delay, detect, and even put an end to the disease of the mind. To help you relate we can also discuss a few added forms of how one can loose memory.

Disorganized!
Would you try another book from Jean Ballios and/or Jonathan Kierman?
Never.
What could Jean Ballios have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?
Organize the information and improve sentence structure. Eliminate the use of "etcetera". Validate your sources. "You get Alzheimer's when you're over 65. You can get Down Syndrome and Progeria". What? "In some instances, the patient may appear to hack up his or her guts before dying." Really? Never heard that one before. The book is full of odd comments.
What didn’t you like about Jonathan Kierman’s performance?
I admire his endurance and ability to read the material as though it made sense.
What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?
Anger. I am educated on Alzheimer's and was hoping to enhance my knowledge.
Any additional comments?
Wow! Audible please listen to this book and you may decide it is not up to your standards.
