A wood Elf and a mountain Troll find themselves torn betweem two Kingdoms. a King and a Queen try to bridge the gap of many miles of forest and strange beings, and the total lack of cell phones, Elf and Troll as messengers. A Hob Goblin, talking horses and a giant talking eagles are just few of the many wonders found here in this mythical world. Elf and Troll remain loyal to both sides. and in doing so they begine to bridge the gap of the miles, the years, and the Forest of Fears. In this 4th of the series, The Darkened Wood, Elf and Troll head north again to find out from the King the exact date and place for the Summer Time Celebration in the Ranger Plains. But they find some very strange secrets inside the fiorest of fears. They are served afternoon tea b the gingerbread cookies themselves,. And they pick up a new friend in the mountains, an eagle named Francine who is looking for Gaston. They get to the castle finally , deliver their message and return the old wooden Rememberance Box to the King, and he finds the lost love letters of his long lost wife. These are Children's bedtime stories but will still be relevant and fun for adults.
