As a little girl, Jackie Torrence was fascinated with angels, the spirits who look after people. In this collection of particular interest to adults, she shares stories of special people in her life. Some are family stories from rural North Carolina. Others are experiences from her storytelling career. Torrence's resonant voice engages the listener and the gentle pace of the tales compels attention.
