No nonsense approach in dealing with confidence

This audiobook has really helped me with my self-esteem issues. I still have a long way to go, but I’m on the right track. What I really liked about it is the no-nonsense approach in dealing with confidence issues. Unlike other self-help books I’ve listened, . There’s no sugar-coating and beating around the bush. This audiobook is in the Top 10 of my list!

Kept it interesting

I have been afflicted with low self-esteem and confidence on and off for many many years but this was the first book I have listened that spoke to me on my level, felt real, felt honest, felt genuine. Good narrator too, kept it interesting. Hoping to listen more by this author.
