Honesty, simple, great examples

I love the honesty of this author a lot. He doesn’t promise you heaven on earth. Instead, the author suggests to focus on the little things. The little things that matter the most. This made a lot of sense to me as it felt doable. It turns out, it is doable. And it's simple. I appreciate that the author offers so many real-life examples throughout the audiobook and this makes it a true gem.

This is a very well grounded, practical handbook for couples trying to finally find some balance in what are often competing demands of work, careers, home, raising kids and trying to be good partners to their life mates. This audiobook is chock-full of simple, practical ways to make your significant other feel loved, appreciated, and valued. They are tied up into the five love rituals that makes it easy to understand and start at you own pace. These are tiny efforts that will have huge impact. Most of the suggestions in the book can be enacted with little to no money involved. All you need to invest is a little bit of time and commitment. But it's not like it's hard work. It doesn't take much to make someone you love smile, or to let them know you are thinking about them and care about them. Not every idea is right for every person but with so many to choose from there’s sure to be something for everyone. I liked most of them and am looking forward to start putting them to practice. I appreciate that the book comes with a dedicated bonus section so you feel like you’re getting quite the bargain for your money.

Good message and great suggestions

This book is written well and offers a bunch of great advice. There are several suggestions of how to complete the rituals. This book says that you do not need to have your partner on board to do these steps and I guess you don't but it seems like it would be a one sided relationship. When I first started listening to this book the author's accent was a little difficult to understand but after listening for a couple minutes it became easier. *I received this book for free in exchange for an honest unbiased review. This has not influenced my opinions on the book.
