My wife and I have been vegan for over 6 years now, and we have 2 teenagers who are hard to feed. When I saw the cookbook, I thought finding new recipes would be a great idea. With our busy life, it is easy to turn on frozen meal but we all know this ain't the best even if the box says it is healthy and plant base.
