Texas Rangers ( Captain Bates)
This is a perfect western story. I've read this book before and listened to it on audio. It's even better on audio. Captain Bates horse gets stolen. He goes after his horses. He teams up with Jack Black U.S. Marshall. They get along and work good together. They argue back and forth. Bates thinks the Texas Rangers can do anything. There is a good fight at the end. This is the only book on audio but there is more in this series you can read. Bill Brooks does a great job narrating this book. He's a great western narrator.
