Ride along with attorney, Samuel Barlow, his beautiful legal assistant and actress, Phoebe, his chief investigator, Tobias and new hire, Civil War veteran, Nathan as they experience life, love and danger in 1881 Texas.
Returning from their honeymoons, the Barlow Law Office and Investigations’ team takes on new challenges as they struggle to ensure justice is done for those who have been wronged. Things quickly become complicated as they pursue their quests for justice while adjusting to married life.
A young man is accused of murder, but he pleads his innocence, even as all the evidence points to him.
An elderly couple are being forced out of their home - by their son.
A man, after a night of drinking, finds himself in someone else’s home and himself charged with burglary.
These are just a few of the cases Sam Barlow and his team accept, using the law and their wits to help their clients. If the law doesn’t answer, they do what they must, even as they find themselves in danger.
