Long considered lost at sea, Tess is suddenly a cause celebrate when she rescues the son of a powerful clan leader. This is an enjoyable look at the sometimes tension between clans in long ago Scotland, with an exciting finish to seal the deal. ★★★★★
I really enjoyed reading Tess and the Highlander, they made me laugh and cry and all the while rooting for Tess. This story was refreshing and one that I recommend for anyone that needs a standalone love story that leaves you dreaming of islands and highlanders on their very own. ★★★★★

Story ruined by AI voice
This is the fifth title in this series by this author, and I have really enjoyed the previous four however, this story is not read by the same narrator. It is red by an artificial computer voice that doesn’t say words correctly there is no inflection or change in the voice between characters it’s not even a Scottish accent, I do not recommend the audible version. I will not be purchasing anymore stories if they are done this way.
