Lore and devotionals in a perfect combination to be meaningful and actionable. I enjoyed listening to her experiences as priestess.

Great Book!

I wasn’t sure what to expect after reading the reviews, but I was very happy with my purchase and decided to buy the book as well!
The narrator does a great job and the book itself has everything from Pagan Brigid to Saint Brigid and everything in between. There are great ideas on how to honor Brigid regardless of what spiritual path you follow. Lunaea put together an amazing, informative book and Rebecca did an awesome job narrating it!

Well intended, well written, and well read

This is a great book about Sacred Bridget. Lunaea captures the essence and beauty of the Goddess. Rebecca has a pleasant voice and you feel that you are listening to a friend.

Good Information

Was looking for a good book about Brighid, This was it!! Love the stories and content of what the author has learned and shared with us.

good but was a tab slow.

I loved the ideas for rituals. it starts out very good and near the end slows a bit.

Beautiful Introduction to Brigid

Highly recommend this book to anyone learning about the history of Brigid. I feel so much closer to her and in tune with my sacred feminine and masculine.

More Wicca Inclined

while there is nothing wrong with the wiccan approach, when someone like me is more heavily leaning towards historical (Lebor Gabála Erenn to the Celtic Twilight) practices, this book was hard to listen to at times. there were quite a few moments when Lunaea's assertions were historically inaccurate and had to mentally filter out the more neo-pagan extrapolations, this book was not very enjoyable. there are some interesting instructions on practice that take from more Christian traditions that I found to be helpful and may apply to my own daily practice. overall though I was not very impressed with this book. I had hoped for a more reconstructionists/revivalist approach. though given Lunaea's history and the current organizations she associates with, it makes sense why she would incorporate more recognizably wiccan practices into the writing.
