The tools stated to help with Stress , Anxiety and Depression.
By listening to this book or reading it the Author gives you tools to help manage A,S,D. The book is well written making it quite easy to understand and apply immediately. I listened twice to the entire book then went over two chapters again before writing this review. I will keep this on my devices so I can go back to hear it over again as needed. That way I won’t get caught up in fighting the systems instead managing them from now on. I can’t Thank you enough Michele!! I’ll keep this forever passing it along or paying it forward!! Thank you

Several ideas and exercises to take away
I love this type of book, the kind where you can listen to it several times and at different points in your life and take away a different exercise to learn from. This first time I was drawn to being in the present and all the great ideas to keep focused on it. I can’t wait to see what I’m drawn to at future listens.
